.: Orange Butter Cake Wif Almond :.

Salam...
Kembali bersiaran... semalam makcik terlebey vitamin R ... sebab kelmarin laling dah bagi upah pi bermanja2 n servis badan kat The Spa, Movenpick Hotel n Resort Al Bida'a Kuwait tu, sebelum check out cuti2 ari tue... ehehhe... badan letih2 n otak serabut serabai leh terlupa jap... sampai terlelap makcik kat situ... sib baik tak tido sambil berkeruh... ehehhe... sambil aku dok bersantai2 tu, Mr I bawak kanak2 pi main kat kids club... tq so much for compliment yer laling :) ...

Citer cuti2 Kuwait tu, later la yer... citer masak2 dulu... pas aku wat Choc Chip n Nuts Slices tu, aku wat plak kek oren nie... gara2 tak tahan tgk kek oren kat umah Kak Ummi Kuantan... oren pun ader 2 biji lagi... aku pun belasah ler buat... resipi asal ialah resipi Orange Butter Cake kat umah Kak Ummi tu la... tapi aku tabur extra badam cincang... resipi ni mmg pakai ground almond... so kek dia lemak2 gitu...

Resipi aku CnP kat umah Kak Ummi jer la yer... Kak Ummi CnP kat umah MamaFami... tq so much la tuk akak2 ku cayang nie... mmg betul cam kata kak ummi, kek dia lembut n gebus n mulus jer... ehehhe... tapi, agaknye oren aku tu manis, so rase kek dia kurang masam sket la... lupa plak aku nak rase masa dah siap bancuh tu... biasa aku rasa dulu... kali ni, lupa... kalo rase kurang masam tadi, leh gak letak sket lemon juice bagi rase masam sket... anyway, kek ni mmg sedap... kena lak ada rase kacang2 tu... shedapp.... resipi sila amik kat bawah yer... :)



.: ORANGE BUTTER CAKE :.

Ingredients :
  • 250g butter
  • 250g caster sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 100ml fresh orange juice
  • some orange rind
  • 250g self raising flour
  • 30g ground almond
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Method :

  1. Sieve together self raising flour, ground almond and baking powder. Set aside.
  2. Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
  3. Add in eggs, one at a time and continue beating till light and creamy.
  4. Fold in flour and orange juice alternately until well mixed. Lastly, add in orange rind.
  5. Pour into a 9" greased and lined tin.
  6. Bake at 160 C in a preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
